Occupying a commanding position above the bay, Galahill has spectacular southerly views across the River Forth to Edinburgh and the Royal Yacht Britannia. From the balcony, you can look east over the bay to Burntisland's renowned Blue Flag beach, only 200 yards away.
The large (30-foot) sun lounge/dining room has a feature fireplace and a dining table which can seat ten. The patio doors lead out to the mature garden, which has distinct and private seating areas: you can enjoy breakfast on the patio; sit on the terrace; or relax on the decking area - an ideal place to unwind in the evenings. There is a second lounge with panoramic views and widescreen TV with DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast area seating 4.
Children can entertain themselves at the Beacon Leisure Centre, just a 150-yard walk away, with its swimming pool and flumes; there are also play-parks on the links behind the beach.
Burntisland's High Street is a 5-minute walk away and has a variety of shops, pubs and eating places, and Edinburgh city centre can be reached in only 45 minutes by train or car.

A mature and well stocked garden with three distinct seating options in the patio, trellis and sun deck areas. The garden is not overlooked and has open south facing views across the river to Edinburgh and Arthur's Seat. The wrap around balcony faces East towards Burntisland Bay and Beach and leads to the rear garden.
45-minute drive from St Andrews. Several local courses in the area, including Burntisland itself.
Dogs are welcome at Galahill. Maximum two dogs allowed.
There is a great leisure centre with pool and flumes just a short walk from the house.
